Not able to connect the Team Foundation Server 2010

Question : - We are not able to connect the TFS 2010.
System Configuration: IIS 7.0 (Web Server Name:XXXXXX)
Windows Server 2008

The server returned the following error: Team Foundation services are not available from server Please reset the IIS on this box and then try it. XXXXXX\CMMS.
