i am new to this os but i understand what to do in order to host my site.
the problem is that every thing i try to install from the server manager or to add roles from the iis isn't working and gives a massage that there isnt enough storage to complete the operation. I tried fixing the regedit value of IRPStackSize and it only worked for me to install the iis but then the same problem happened when trying to install other things.
also i saw that the RAM usage is very very high almost maxed up.

Solution : - It could be a virtual problem, VPS could be shared among multiple users. What is the Memory and CPU quota for you and How much is utilizes?
Please see event viewer for errors. You said explorer.exe is taking most of the RAM, You may use process explorer to find out what is exactly eating the resources

Do you have any anti-virus on the server , You may stop that antivirus and monitor.
